RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS .

Griffith Residence

This contemporary/Tudor style single-family residence sits nestled into the Morro Bay hillside while enjoying panoramic ocean views. The modestly sized 2,400 square foot two-bedroom home includes a front street facing around deck with glass railing and an intimate yard space with a fire pit for those crisp California evenings.

Grover Beach Retreat

This coastal contemporary single-family residence sits nestled in the beautiful beach city of Morro Bay, CA. The modestly sized 2,800 SF four-bedroom home includes a loft, 2-car garage and roof decks set at a key westerly location capturing the stunning central coastline.

Pismo Beach - Coastal Craftsman

This coastal craftsman style residence sits nestled in the suburban neighborhood of Pismo Beach with panoramic views of the central coast coastline and beyond. The modestly sized 2,400 square foot four-bedroom home includes a open loft with vaulted ceilings, covered side courtyard and beautiful curb appeal. It was a joy to design this project.

COMMERCIAL PROJECTS .

The Bunker Courtyard & Parking Lot Expansion (T.I.)

Situated in the heart of San Luis Obispo, CA, The Bunker coffee house hosts not only artisan coffee but beautiful art gallery and mural artwork on it's exterior walls. With California's beautiful weather, the client wished to expand the undeveloped area of the rear of the lot with a courtyard, foot trailer and additional parking.

ADU PROJECTS .

Santa Barbara ADU

Designed in the beautiful Mediterranean city of Santa Barbara, we tried to capture the essence of the "American Riviera". Tucked away in the charming neighborhood of Terrace Hts. this accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is a reflection of the humble primary residence situated on the same lot. The hillside lot presented some grading and drainage obstacles that were eventually incorporated into the design. The charming 650 SF ADU includes a loft, rear & front patios.

High St. ADU

Utilizing the benefits of prefabricated design, this custom modular 1,200 SF four-bedroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is actually constructed out of two separate prefab units stacked on top of each other. The constrained lot presented challenges to landing the units, so the prefab manufacturer craned each unit in lifting the units over 100 feet in the air. In the end, the charming ADU compliments the front prmary dwelling nicely.
