Who we are
We are a young, innovative, and competitive boutique architecture firm located on California’s beautiful Central Coast with a focus on high-end custom residential projects, ADU’s & light commercial. Our environmentally conscientious approach integrates technology with sustainable materials to the surrounding built environment and pristine coastline.
Andrew Palmer is a California licensed Architect and member of AIA with a Master’s in Architecture from NewSchool of Architecture & Design in San Diego, CA. As a young man, Andrew was captivated by architecture and the surrounding beauty of the coastline. Growing up on the Oregon coast, Andrew has always been attracted to the ocean and its relationship with architecture. This inspiration plays a significant role in Andrew’s approach to Architectural design with each project. Andrew has an exceptional artistic background as a professional artist with works in galleries in San Diego, Hawaii & Oregon. How We Work
Our Process .
Our mission is to help our clients enjoy the design process of each phase of the project from beginning to end.
PRE-DESIGN (FEASIBILITY)
We start with a site investigation and Feasibility study which examines the current parameters of the site, zoning, building height, setbacks, topography, environmental impacts and other potential problems. This is an essential phase of the design process that can bring peace of mind to the client in what is normally a complicated and technical process.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Starting with Schematic Design we use visually exciting design techniques to capture the client's initial vision that eventually brings us to Construction Documents (CD's) This includes hand renderings and sketches, computer drafting software and 3D computer software to better capture the client's needs. We aim to inspire the client, while also aiding them in their vision of the end product.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
We eventually develop Construction Documents (CD's) that are the technical drawings we submit to the local jurisdiction for permitting. This is final and most important phase of the design process and we at PA take great pride in our standard of care when it comes to our CD's.
